Hello! Ok, so this is a complex question. First, the formulation will depend on which peptides you choose. When you choose them, you will have to make sure all of them are stable in same conditions – pH, oxidation, interactions with other ingredients etc. Second, how are you going to use liposomes? Are you going to encapsulate each peptide separately, or all 4 together? Are you going to encapsulate niacinamide too? Liposomes are great, but you will also have to pick the ones that suit a) your formulation system, b) ensure they are stable. Some liposomes systems are notoriously fragile. pH of 6.5 if already borderline, normal skin pH is around 5-5.5 so you may introduce skin irritation with customers with sensitive skin. The idea is genuinely good, but you would need an experienced cosmetic chemist to bring it to life. Another caveat, these kinds of delivery systems are fairly expensive to make, so initial investment will need to be higher than for drugstore skincare line. Hope this helps! Dr Bozica
